Clio Cup - The Car
The Clio Cup GB Championship is exclusively open to competitors running the latest 2024 Clio Cup race car, a front-wheel-drive hatchback equipped for life on the circuit. Each vehicle will require a full complement of seals to be eligible for the championship, ensuring a fair playing field for competitors.
All cars are supplied fully assembled by Alpine Racing to the following specification:
- Renault Clio Esprit Alpine Chassis, with integrated roll cage
- Front Axle: Pseudo McPherson
- Rear Axle: H Axle
- Suspension: Bos non-adjustable shock absorbers
- Tank: FIA homologated FT3
- Renault HR13 Engine; 4 cylinder, 1,330cc, turbocharged
- Max power: 200+ HP
- Max. torque: 300+ Nm
- Power supply: Direct injection
- Electronics: Life Racing
- Transmission
- Gearbox: Sadev ST82, 5 speed sequential +reverse, lever selector
- Differential: ZF Limited Slip Differential
- Clutch: SACHS twin-disc

The car is priced at just €48,000 / £41,606 +VAT (correct 28/11/23 based on £/€ exchange rate), with a 30% deposit required to secure your car. Finance options may be available via R.Sport's provider.
Components supplied as part of the engine or rolling chassis which need to be replaced must also be supplied by R.Sport Ltd, unless specifically authorised elsewhere in the regulations. Modification of these items is strictly prohibited.
All cars must be clean and in good working order. Any car that shows obvious signs of having been reinforced in any areas will automatically be deemed not to comply with the Technical Regulations governing the Clio Cup GB race car. The body shell may not be modified in any way, other than as specified in the Regulations.
