MotorSport Vision Trackdays (MSVT) is delighted to announce that Carless Hiperflo® R20 will be the official control racing fuel of Clio Cup GB during the series’ maiden season this year.
Hiperflo R20®, supplied by Vital Equipment at events, will be the only permitted race fuel during the 2024 season. Hiperflo® R20 has a total of 20% renewable components, comprising 15% second generation ethanol content and 5% of renewable hydrocarbons.
The decision to use the Hiperflo R20 race fuel this season should allow for an 18% reduction on greenhouse gas emission when compared to current pump fuel, significantly lowering the new championship’s impact on the environment.
Hiperflo® R20 is currently used by many high-profile championships including the British Touring Car Championship and its support series, so this brings Clio Cup GB in line with many other top national series.
